Purpose: To raise awareness of the growing trend of nursing homes bypassing families' legal authority in order to seize the assets of their targeted hostages. Families can even lose their right to VISIT, under the predatory formula "Isolate, Medicate, Liquidate." So CAVEAT EMPTOR when signing: They may claim they were only doing business with the victim, and not with you. So even if they do commit Fraud, they reason, you can’t do a damn thing. Let's hope the Upper Courts disagree.
